Troy Anthony Salvatore is an undergraduate student in Civil Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh. He first got drawn to ESW through his chapter’s weekly sustainability discussions as a sophomore. During Troy's time at Pitt, he served as a project leader from 2013-14, and as President from 2014-2016. Outside of ESW, Troy involved himself in several in environmental and labor justice organizations. These experiences led him into his current position as Director of Pitt's Student Office of Sustainability. ESW has provided Troy with critical skills of leadership and powerful concepts of a more resilient society. He is excited to be part of ESW’s Leadership Team this year as the Chapter Relations Coordinator for the Rust Belt Region.
