Student chapters are the heart of ESW. They raise awareness about local, regional and global sustainability and its intersection with the critical role of engineering, and shape the engineering curriculum on their campuses to integrate global service projects. Roles of the ESW Collegiate Chapter
Integrate sustainable development and sustainability concepts into both student engineering projects and engineering curriculum on their campus.
Facilitate the coordination of practical sustainable development projects.
Organize outreach programs and events to increase public awarness about sustainability and understanding the role of science and engineering in improving sustainability performance, with the ultimate goal of engaging the community in practical action.
